902-046 Duratec Black Hi-Gloss Topcoat – 1 Gallon
Duratec® 902-046 Black Hi-Gloss Topcoat is a premium, air-cured, self-leveling polyester topcoat engineered for patterns, molds, composite tooling, and wood surfaces. This high-performance coating cures rapidly to a smooth, hard, high-gloss finish that sands and polishes exceptionally well—achieving over 90% gloss retention with proper polishing. Its fast, tack-free cure and high-build capabilities make it ideal for mold repair, resurfacing, and composite finishing.
Designed for professional composite fabricators, Duratec Hi-Gloss Topcoat applies easily via spray equipment and produces superior clarity, minimal orange peel, and consistent results. When used with the proper Duratec primers and MEKP-925 catalyst (sold separately), the coating delivers exceptional durability and adhesion on FRP molds, plugs, wood surfaces, and composite tooling.
