Carbon Fiber Pultruded Round Tube – 1.2 Meter Length

This carbon fiber pultruded round tube is manufactured in a 1.2m (47.25") length using high-strength unidirectional T700-equivalent carbon fiber and a tough epoxy resin system. The pultrusion process keeps the fibers aligned along the length of the tube, delivering excellent axial stiffness, compressive strength, and dimensional consistency while keeping weight to a minimum.

Available in a range of outside diameters from 2mm (0.08") up to 35mm (1.4") with precisely matched inside diameters, this tube is ideal for structural applications such as UAV and drone frames, hobby and RC models, camera booms, sports and marine equipment, automation machinery, and lightweight industrial fixtures where metal tubing would add unnecessary weight or be prone to corrosion.

Tight manufacturing tolerances on OD, ID, and length make these tubes easy to integrate into routed pockets, ferrules, and bonded joints. They can be cut, drilled, and bonded with common composite fabrication tools and structural adhesives for both prototypes and production builds.
