Carbon Fiber Pultruded Square Tube – 1.2 Meter Length

This carbon fiber pultruded square tube is manufactured in a 1.2m (47.25") length using high-strength unidirectional T700-equivalent carbon fiber and a durable epoxy resin system. The pultrusion process keeps the fibers aligned along the tube, delivering excellent axial stiffness, compressive strength, and dimensional consistency while keeping weight very low.

Available in 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm outside dimensions, each tube features a round internal bore for easy integration with hardware, inserts, and pushrods. This makes the profile ideal for lightweight frames, booms, linkages, and structural members in UAV and drone builds, RC models, kites, robotics, industrial mechanisms, and custom composite projects where metal square tubing would add unnecessary weight or be prone to corrosion.

Tight tolerances on the outside dimensions, inside diameter, and length make these tubes easy to bond into machined pockets, ferrules, or joints. Tubes can be cut and drilled with standard composite tools and bonded with common structural adhesives for both prototypes and production assemblies.
