This carbon fiber pultruded strip is manufactured using high-strength, unidirectional T-700 equivalent carbon fiber combined with a tough epoxy resin system. The result is a light-weight, extremely rigid flat strip that offers excellent tensile strength and stiffness along its length while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

Measuring 1.4mm thick, 50mm wide, and 1.2 meters (47.25") long, this profile is ideal for reinforcing beams, stringers, spars, stiffeners, and structural members where space is limited but high performance is required. Pultruded construction ensures consistent fiber alignment, predictable mechanical properties, and minimal variation from piece to piece.

Typical uses include RC and UAV components, marine and sporting goods reinforcement, robotics and automation frames, hobby and DIY structural projects, and anywhere a slim, high-strength carbon strip can replace aluminum, steel, or wood while reducing weight.

Tight manufacturing tolerances help this strip bond cleanly into routed grooves, sandwich panels, and composite layups. The epoxy matrix is compatible with most common structural adhesives and laminating systems, making it easy to integrate into new builds or repairs.
