Non-Porous PTFE (Teflon) Coated Peel Ply – 40" Width × 0.004" (0.11 mm)
This lightweight, extra-smooth PTFE-coated glass fabric is a non-porous peel ply / release fabric for composite layups. It leaves little to no imprint on the laminate and is ideal where bleeding/venting is not required. Commonly used with prepregs to help control resin content and to achieve a high-gloss surface after cure. Because it is non-porous, it does not pass resin and is not intended for infusion processes.
