PRO‑SET® HTP‑187 High‑Temp Surface Coat Epoxy Resin ONLY

PRO‑SET® HTP‑187 is a high‑temperature, high‑performance epoxy surface coat resin formulated for composite tooling and part manufacturing where elevated thermal stability and excellent surface cosmetics are required. It is designed to produce smooth, durable mold and part surfaces with strong adhesion to subsequent laminate layers.

This medium‑viscosity, thixotropic surface coat is easy to brush apply and resists sagging and running at typical film thicknesses. With proper post cure, the system can achieve a glass transition temperature (Tg) up to 270°F (132°C), delivering reliable temperature resistance and long‑term dimensional stability.

This product includes the resin only. HTP‑187 is designed for use with PRO‑SET® HTP‑288 hardener to create the complete high‑temperature surface coat epoxy system.

Processing Notes
