This natural-white polyester peel ply is a scoured and heat-set fabric designed for use directly against laminates or bond lines. After cure, it peels away to leave a clean, bondable, textured surface—ideal for secondary bonding, adhesives, fairing, or paint—while reducing post-cure sanding and contamination risk. Approved to a range of OEM specifications for composite manufacturing and metal bonding.

Use & Placement

• Apply peel ply on top of the laminate (over the final reinforcement or over perforated release where specified).
• After cure, peel off at a low angle to reveal a fresh, bond-ready surface.
• For cosmetic gloss finishes, remove before any cosmetic surface ply, as peel ply leaves a textured imprint.
