Vacuum Breather / Bleeder Cloth – 48" & 60" Widths – 2 oz, 4 oz, 7 oz, 10 oz
This non-woven polyester breather/bleeder fabric promotes uniform vacuum pressure across the layup while capturing excess resin drawn off the laminate. Use it over the release layer and under the vacuum bag to help remove air/volatiles, prevent localized bridging, and improve cure consistency on parts and tools.

Placement & Processing Notes
- Place over a suitable release layer; extend to vacuum ports for free air flow.
- Avoid tight “pinch” points that restrict air paths; bridge corners with small pleats if needed.
- Do not substitute for peel ply; choose basis weight so the breather does not saturate with resin.
