This lightweight Hexcel® HexForce® E-glass cloth uses a 4-Harness Satin (4HS) weave to deliver excellent conformability and a smooth, tight surface. At just 3.16oz/yd² (≈107 gsm), Style 120 is ideal for clear, high-quality cosmetic skins or sheathing thin cores and wood while adding efficient strength with minimal weight. The F3 silane finish promotes fast, complete wet-out and strong adhesion with common composite resins.

Processing notes
- Wets out quickly and transparently; use a peel-ply or light squeegee work to reduce voids and print-through.
- Excellent as the final cosmetic ply over heavier reinforcements to improve surface quality.
- Compatible with epoxy, vinyl-ester, and polyester resins; follow your resin supplier’s mixing and cure schedule.
- For clear finishes, protect from UV with paint or a UV-stable clear coat.
