Carbon Fiber Chopped Veil

Carbon fiber chopped veil (surfacing veil) is an ultra-conformable non-woven used to improve surface finish and performance. It suppresses print-through, adds interlaminar toughness, and provides a uniform, conductive surface layer. Easy wet-out and drape make it ideal as the first or last ply in vacuum bagging, infusion, or hand layup. Available in lightweight 7, 10, 15 gsm and in 36/91 cm and 50″/127 cm widths; compatible with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl-ester.
