Twill Weave

Fiberglass comes in twill versions to. The aluminized fiberglass pairs E-glass cloth with a thin metallic layer to reflect radiant heat and deliver a crisp metallic look. Available in 2×2 twill and specialty 4×4/V-twill styles (≈285–310 gsm), including silver, blue, and graphite finishes. These fabrics wet out quickly, and add cosmetic appeal while improving thermal protection—ideal for heat shields, intake boxes, fairings, and decorative skins. Compatible with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl-ester for hand layup, vacuum bagging, or infusion.
