Bagging & Release Film

Get airtight consolidations and predictable resin control with films built for vacuum processing. Choose nylon bagging films—Stretchlon® 200/700/800, WL5400/WL7400, Iplon® KM1300, VACFILM® 800G—for room-temp through elevated cures, excellent puncture resistance, reliable elongation. We also carry release films—FEP high-elongation perforated, D5300/D7000, Toolwright® 3—to separate the laminate from the tool, manage bleed, and deliver clean demold surfaces. Rolls are available in multiple widths and center-fold options; perforation styles regulate resin outflow. Compatible with epoxy, vinyl ester, polyester; suitable for wet layup, infusion, oven, or autoclave service—check each product’s temperature and chemistry limits.
