Expanding Foams

Our expanding foam lineup features two-part, closed-cell polyurethane systems for fast, reliable buoyancy, void fill, and lightweight cores. Available in 2 lb, 2.2 lb, 7 lb, and 15 lb densities to match strength and weight needs: lower densities excel for flotation, insulation, and gap filling, while higher densities are ideal for durable plugs, tooling, reinforcement, and impact-resistant parts. The cured foam is water-resistant, and easy to shape and sand.
