Plain Weave

Plain-weave fiberglass (E-glass and S-glass) provides balanced strength, easy handling, and a smooth finish for general laminating. Available from light cloths and tapes to heavy woven roving (≈48–1288 gsm) in common widths, these fabrics wet out quickly and conform well for hand layup, vacuum bagging, or infusion. Ideal for molds, skins, repairs, and core tie-skins; compatible with epoxy, polyester, and vinyl-ester systems.
