Vacuum Chamber Digital Heat Pad - Multiple Sizes
Description
Fahrenheit Heat Pad with Digital Controller (for Vacuum Chambers)
Dial in consistent, repeatable heat for degassing and curing with this peel-and-stick Fahrenheit heat pad + UL-listed digital controller. The pad bonds to the bottom of your chamber and includes stand-off bumpers to lift the assembly off the work surface for airflow. A silicone-gasketed chamber acts as a heat sink, so the controller supports temperature offset to match the actual internal surface temperature. Use the included thermal labels (or a thermocouple/IR gun) to confirm and fine-tune your setpoint.
Available Sizes
Round pads sized to match your chamber (sold separately): 4″, 6″, 9″, 10″, 12″, 14″, 16″ • Rectangular pad: 5.5″ × 7″.
What’s Included
- Adhesive-backed Fahrenheit heat pad
- UL-listed digital temperature controller (1° setpoint resolution)
- Stand-off bumpers and thermal tape
- Thermal indicator labels for offset calibration
- Full instructions (including PID/offset programming)
Key Features
- Accurate & stable: holds temperature within about 1°F (environment dependent); controller accuracy ±0.2°F
- Easy calibration: program a temperature offset so the inside surface of the chamber reaches your target (example: if the controller is set to 110°F and the internal label reads 101°F, set a +9°F offset so the inside hits 110°F)
- Continuous duty: designed to run for extended periods without off-time
- Simple install: peel-and-stick backing; thermal tape included
Notes
- Chamber not included. Choose the pad size that matches your chamber bottom.
- Setpoint will differ from internal surface temperature until offset is calibrated with the included thermal labels or a thermocouple.
- Stand-off bumpers may not adhere well to silicone; verify placement on your work surface.
- Always monitor during initial runs and do not exceed 160°F.
