Mycell® PVC foam core is a closed-cell structural core for lightweight, stiff sandwich panels. It offers an excellent balance of shear strength, impact absorption, and low water uptake, with consistent cells that bond cleanly to carbon fiber, fiberglass, and aramid skins. Easy to cut and heat-form for gentle curves; available in multiple thicknesses for targeted weight and rigidity. We offer them in various cut sizes.
