Fabrics

Build stable, print-free composite tooling with fiberglass reinforcements selected specifically for mold construction. This range includes surfacing veil for the first backing behind gelcoat, light E-glass plain weaves (Hexcel HexForce) to stabilize the skin, chopped strand mat in ¾, 1½ and 2 oz for fast build and excellent conformability, heavy woven roving (18 oz/610 gsm) for stiffness and rapid thickness, and Coremat XI (2 mm) when low-weight thickness is needed.
