Mold Releases

Choose the right release system for dependable demold and a clean surface. Frekote® 700-NC delivers a semi-permanent film for high-cycle work with fast wipe-on or aerosol application and excellent gloss. Paste waxes such as Rexco Formula Five®, Partall® #2, and Partall Hi-Temp are ideal for new tools and plug preparation. PVA barriers—Rexco Partall® #10 spray or Coverall Film (purple)—provide a guaranteed separation on porous or freshly finished surfaces. For best results, clean and seal the tool, apply per the product schedule, and combine wax with PVA when absolute release is required.
