PRO-SET TLG-625-R Low Density Epoxy Tooling Putty Resin 4.5 Gallon
Description
PRO-SET® TLG-625-R Low Density Epoxy Tooling Putty Resin Only
TLG-625-R is the resin component only of PRO-SET’s low-density epoxy tooling putty system. When combined with the matching TLG-625-H Tooling Hardener (required, sold separately), it produces a lightweight, easily sandable putty designed for surfacing molds and plugs and for filling/fairing composite structures.
Why Builders Choose TLG-625
- Fast workflow: Blends quickly, spreads smoothly, shrinks minimally, and is sandable in about 8 hours.
- High build without slump: Apply in single passes up to 1/2" (12 mm) with excellent feather-edge characteristics.
- Low dust sanding: Filler blend minimizes airborne dust while finishing.
- Shear-thinning rheology: Easy mixing and smooth spreading; stays where you put it.
Typical Uses
- Surfacing and detailing of molds and plugs
- Filling and fairing of composite structures in manufacturing and repair
- General gap-filling and contouring where a lightweight, sandable epoxy putty is preferred
