Economy Peel Ply – Nylon, 60" Width (Approx. 85 gsm)
Our Economy Peel Ply is a porous nylon peel ply commonly used in vacuum infusion, wet layup, and prepreg processes to create a clean, uniform, bond-ready texture after cure. The fabric features identification tracer lines and leaves a slightly textured surface that works very well for secondary bonding, adhesives, fillers, or paint—reducing post-cure sanding and contamination risk. It is a cost-effective alternative to premium branded peel plies.

Use & Placement
- Place directly against the laminate (over the final reinforcement or over perforated release as specified).
- After cure, peel off at a low angle to reveal a fresh bondable surface.
- For cosmetic high-gloss finishes, remove peel ply before any cosmetic surface ply (peel ply leaves texture).
