We offer both pultruded and filament-wound carbon fiber tubes, allowing us to tailor fiber orientation, wall thickness, and mechanical properties to your specific application.

Custom Layups & Fiber Orientation

Unlike off-the-shelf tubing, our custom tubes are engineered from the fibers up. We control:

• Fiber angles (0°, ±45°, 90°)
• Number of layers
• Wall thickness
• Surface finish

We can also provide most of our stocked fabrics as the outer face fabric, allowing you to choose the cosmetic appearance and surface weave of your carbon fiber tube.
