Mold Release

Get confident demold on new plugs and production tools. Choose semi-permanent releases like Frekote® 700-NC and XTEND® 19SAM for high-cycle work, fast wipe-on application, and excellent gloss. Use paste waxes (Rexco Partall® #2, Partall Hi-Temp, Stoner Miracle Gloss) to prep fresh tools or plugs. Add a PVA barrier—Partall Coverall Film or PVA #10 spray—when you need a guaranteed separation on porous surfaces or new molds. Compatible with hand layup, infusion, and elevated-temperature cures.
