Airtech Omega® 625 Vinyl Flow Line (OF 625V) – 0.625" (16 mm) ID
Omega® 625 is a reusable, translucent vinyl flow line designed for under-the-bag resin infusion (single or double bag). It replaces spiral-wrap feeder lines to provide a smooth, continuous flow path with minimal print-off when used in conjunction with flow media and peel ply. The vinyl construction is easy to cut, route, and clean, and can be gently warmed to conform to tight radii and contoured surfaces.

Typical Uses

Use & Placement Notes
- Position Omega line on top of peel ply / flow media to minimize print-off.
- Route to inlets/manifolds; connect with standard polyethylene tubing and suitable fittings.
- Gently warm (not hot) if additional flexibility is needed to navigate tight radii.
