Airtech Stretchlon® 800 – Nylon Vacuum Bag Film – 60" (No Centerfold) & 120" (Centerfold)
Stretchlon® 800 is a high-performance nylon bagging film with very high elongation—among the highest of nylon films—designed to conform easily over tight radii and multi-contour parts. Rated for cure temperatures up to 400°F (204°C), it maintains a soft, flexible hand even in low-humidity conditions for dependable drape and vacuum integrity. An excellent choice for general vacuum bagging and resin infusion setups, Stretchlon 800 is recommended for use with epoxy and BMI resin systems.

Processing Guidelines

- Maintain cure temperatures at or below 400°F (204°C) per resin/prepreg schedule.
