Airtech Toolwright® 3 — Release Film for Mold/Tool Surfaces – 50" Width
Toolwright® 3 is an extruded fluoropolymer film coated with a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) for fast, clean protection of composite molds and tools. The Toolwright 3 grade is thinner and more conformable than Toolwright 5, so it applies easily over complex contours while offering high elongation, good tear strength, high-temperature resistance, and excellent clean-up after removal. Use it to extend tool life, improve part release, and maintain a high-quality mold surface between cycles.

Application Tips
- Apply to a clean, dry, cool tool surface. Start from one edge and squeegee outward to remove air.
- Butt seams or overlap slightly as needed; avoid stretching across tight radii to prevent spring-back.
- After use, peel off slowly and wipe any remaining PSA with an appropriate solvent if required.
