Aqua Buff Polish 1000-F
Description
Aqua Buff 1000‑F Fast Cut Compound
Aqua Buff 1000‑F is the first step in a two-part polishing system designed to remove oxidation, scratches, and surface imperfections from gelcoat and composite surfaces. Formulated with aggressive 1000‑grit cutting agents, it quickly restores dull or weathered surfaces and prepares them for final polishing.
This fast-cut compound is ideal for use on composite molds, plugs, patterns, gelcoat surfaces, FRP parts, metals, and painted finishes. After compounding with Aqua Buff 1000‑F, follow with Aqua Buff 2000 to achieve a smooth, high-gloss finish.
Designed for machine application, Aqua Buff 1000‑F works best with a damp compounding pad and light water mist to maintain lubrication during buffing. It provides consistent cutting action while minimizing heat buildup and surface damage. Available in multiple sizes including quarts, gallons, and drums to support both small jobs and production environments.
