This second‑quality black Kevlar® fabric is a 100% aramid cloth woven in a 2x2 twill weave, offering the same high strength and impact resistance as first‑quality material at a reduced cost. With a finished width of 50" (127 cm) and a fabric weight of approximately 6.2 oz / 210 gsm, it is well suited for protective, structural, and reinforcement applications.

As a second‑quality product, this fabric may contain cosmetic imperfections such as weave irregularities, minor yarn variations, surface marks, or color inconsistency. These cosmetic defects do not significantly affect the inherent strength or performance of the aramid fibers, making this material an excellent choice for non‑cosmetic parts, internal layers, prototypes, and cost‑sensitive builds.
