Our premade carbon fiber 90° angle is finished in a high-gloss 2x2 twill weave and is available in multiple thicknesses and lengths to match your project needs. The angle is manufactured from unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg oriented 0/90 in the core and finished on both sides with a beautiful woven carbon fabric, delivering excellent stiffness, strength, and a premium cosmetic appearance.

Each leg measures 1.5" wide, forming a true 90° corner that is ideal for reinforcing panel joints, framing brackets, mounting rails, trays, and edge stiffeners where weight savings and corrosion resistance are critical. Compared to aluminum or steel angles, this carbon fiber profile provides high strength-to-weight performance and outstanding dimensional stability.

These premade angles save you the time and waste of laying up your own laminates and are ready to cut, drill, and bond using common structural adhesives or mechanical fasteners.
