Woven from genuine Hexcel IM7 6K intermediate-modulus fiber, this plain-weave carbon cloth delivers a step up in stiffness over standard-modulus fabrics while maintaining excellent handling and cosmetics. IM7’s fine filament bundle gives this 6K fabric a refined, “3K-like” appearance with tight, uniform coverage—ideal for structural skins that still need a clean checkerboard finish.
