Our 3k Aerospace Grade Carbon Fiber Fabric Sleeve is a seamless braided tubing engineered for high-performance structural applications. Produced from aerospace-spec 3k carbon fiber tow, this sleeve provides an outstanding balance of stiffness, tensile strength, low weight, and conformity to complex shapes — making it ideal for precision tubes, handles, sporting goods, and custom composite components.
The tubular braid construction eliminates longitudinal seams and allows the sleeve to expand and contract over a wide diameter range. This lets you easily slip it over straight or curved substrates, then tension the braid to achieve tight, uniform fiber alignment before wet-out. Once cured with a quality resin system, the result is a clean, professional carbon fiber finish with reliable aerospace-grade performance.
