This unidirectional (UD) carbon fiber fabric concentrates reinforcement in the 0° (warp) direction for maximum axial stiffness and strength. Produced with reliable 12k tow fibers, the UD bundle is stabilized with a light stitch/cloth thread so it handles cleanly during cutting and layup while keeping resin flow pathways open for vacuum bagging or infusion. It is available in multiple widths—from narrow tape sizes to full-width fabric—so you can tailor ply build-ups for spar caps, stringers, ribs, panels, and structural repairs without waste.

Processing tips
- Align the UD along the primary load path (0°). Add ±45° and 90° plies to control shear and transverse properties.
