Our 1500d 2x2 Twill Colored Aramid/Kevlar® Fabric is a premium reinforcement designed for lightweight, impact-resistant and visually striking composite laminates. Woven in a classic 2x2 twill pattern, it offers excellent drape, clean cosmetics, and reliable performance for professional and enthusiast applications alike.

Available in multiple bold colors – Yellow (Aramid), Blue (Kevlar®), Tan (Kevlar®), Black (Kevlar®), and Red (Kevlar®) – this fabric is ideal for visible skins, accents, and hybrid layups where both aesthetics and durability matter. The twill construction improves conformability over complex curves while maintaining the high tensile strength, toughness, and abrasion resistance associated with aramid/para-aramid fibers.

Processing Guidelines

• Best used with high-quality epoxy or other resin systems compatible with aramid fibers.
• Aramid is difficult to sand; position colored layers beneath a finish layer or combine with carbon/fiberglass for easier surface finishing.
• Use dedicated aramid shears or very sharp scissors for clean cuts.
