Achieve the warm, metallic look of copper with the strength and consistency of Toray® T300 carbon fiber. This premium fabric is woven from 3K tow in a tight, high-density 2×2 twill for a smooth, uniform cosmetic surface. The face side is copper-metalized with a real copper mist—thick enough to deliver the rich appearance, yet thin enough to allow full resin wet-out and keep the fabric conformable. The reverse side is standard carbon black and includes a Web-Lock™ stabilization scrim to hold the weave during handling and layup.

Processing Notes

• Suitable for wet-lay or vacuum-bag processes with epoxy, polyester, or vinyl-ester resins.
• Place the copper face outward for the final cosmetic layer.
• Finish with a UV-stable clear coat to preserve color and gloss.
• To create a rigid laminate, use the appropriate resin/epoxy system for your project.
