EcoPoxy FlowCast is a high-performance, commercial-grade casting epoxy designed for deep, crystal-clear pours. This 100% solids, two-component system cures to a water-clear, UV-resistant, glass-like finish that resists stress cracking and yellowing, making it ideal for premium woodworking and art projects.
Formulated with a long gel time and low exotherm, FlowCast is engineered for thick pours up to approximately 1.5" (38 mm) per layer (depending on volume and ambient conditions). It is perfect for river tables, ocean tables, live-edge slabs, encapsulations, jewelry, and casting in silicone molds where clarity and durability are critical. Once cured, FlowCast produces a hard, high-gloss crystal that machines, sands and polishes beautifully.
FlowCast also incorporates a higher bio-renewable content than standard petroleum-based epoxies, giving you a more environmentally conscious choice without sacrificing performance. Please note: the glass transition temperature (Tg) is approximately 104°F (40°C); properly mixed epoxy will not melt when used within its intended temperature range.
