EcoPoxy FlowCast SPR is a premium clear casting epoxy specifically engineered for small pours, thin profiles, and detailed woodworking projects. Designed for pour depths from 6–25mm (1/4" – 1") per layer, FlowCast SPR cures faster than traditional deep-pour formulas, making it the ideal choice for coasters, serving trays, jewelry, small live-edge woodworking, and decorative castings.
Formulated with a low viscosity for exceptional air release, FlowCast SPR reduces bubbles and produces ultra-clear, bubble-free castings with a crisp, glass-like finish. Mixing Instructions
Shake Part B well before use. Combine 2 parts resin (A) with 1 part hardener (B) by volume. Mix for 4–5 minutes until fully blended. Add pigments if desired and mix until evenly dispersed.
Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and dust-free.
- Pour at 6–25mm (1/4"–1") per layer.
- FlowCast SPR will not shrink under normal curing conditions.
- Multiple thin pours may be required for thicker projects to avoid overheating.
- Use fans to help dissipate heat when pouring larger volumes.
- Allow the first layer to gel before pouring additional layers.
- Sand between layers with 220-grit for optimal adhesion.
