Description
Fiberglass Woven Roving – Plain Weave 18oz/610gsm
Our Fiberglass Woven Roving Plain Weave 18oz/610gsm is a heavyweight, high-strength reinforcement designed for applications where rapid laminate build-up and robust structural performance are critical. Produced from high-quality E-glass yarns in a flat, uniform plain weave, this fabric delivers excellent strength, dimensional stability, and predictable wet-out behavior.
Compared to lighter cloths, this 18oz woven roving significantly reduces the number of layers required to reach target thickness, saving both time and labor. Its open weave architecture allows resin to flow efficiently, making it well-suited for hand layup, vacuum infusion, RTM, closed-mold processes, and large-area laminates.
Key Features
- Heavyweight 18oz/610gsm construction for rapid build-up and high stiffness laminates.
- Plain weave roving offers balanced strength and stable handling with straightforward drape.
