This 3K 2×2 twill carbon cloth is manufactured with Hexcel’s PrimeTex® spread-tow finish, which flattens and spreads each tow for over 99% fiber coverage. The result is an ultra-uniform surface with minimal gaps, fewer resin-rich pools, and a darker, deeper carbon appearance that finishes beautifully under clear coat. PrimeTex® also improves drape and consolidation, making this fabric an excellent choice for both structural and cosmetic parts.
