This premium High-Density (HD) 2×2 twill carbon cloth is woven from genuine Toray T300 3K fiber with an increased pick count for a tighter, more uniform weave. The HD construction reduces gaps between bundles, producing cleaner laminates with fewer pinholes, a smoother clear-coat finish, and a deeper cosmetic twill. It drapes well for hand layup, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion while delivering consistent mechanical performance.

Layup & Finishing Tips

• Use a high-clarity, UV-stable epoxy to showcase the HD twill and protect against yellowing.
• For show-quality surfaces, vacuum bag or infuse to minimize porosity and print-through.
• Stagger seams and maintain fiber alignment for the most consistent visual pattern.
