PRO-SET® Laminating Epoxy Resin

Professional laminating system engineered for high-quality hand layup and vacuum bagging. Offered in three resin bases—Low Viscosity, Medium Viscosity, and Thixotropic—so you can tailor flow, sag resistance, and handling to your part geometry and process. All options produce clear, strong laminates at room temperature and can be post-cured for increased heat resistance.

Resin Base Options (Matrix)

• Low Viscosity — highest flow for rapid fabric wet-out and consolidation on broad, flat layups.
• Medium Viscosity — balanced handling for general laminations where some body is helpful.
• Thixotropic — reduced run/sag for vertical surfaces, edges, and complex contours.

Where It Excels

• Carbon, fiberglass, and aramid laminates with predictable cure and high clarity
• Hand layup and vacuum bagging across small parts to large panels
• Repairs and edge builds where control, wet-out, or anti-sag is required (choose the resin base accordingly)

Hardener Pairing

Use with PRO-SET Laminating Hardeners. Select hardener speed based on part size and shop temperature (faster for small/cool, slower for large/warm). See the hardener chooser table in the section below.

Follow the product TDS for mix ratio, working time, and cure/post-cure schedule. For resin infusion projects, use the PRO-SET Infusion system.
