Airtech Wrightlon® 4600 Perforated Release Film – 54" Width (P3)
Wrightlon® 4600 is a low-cost, high-temperature release film for vacuum bagging of flat panels and parts with limited curvature. The P3 perforation pattern allows excess resin and volatiles to bleed into the breather/bleeder while preventing the bag or bleeder from sticking to the laminate. It releases cleanly from epoxy and phenolic resin systems and withstands cure temperatures up to 380°F (193°C). The smooth, sheet-style film lays down quickly and its high-visibility color helps ensure no film is left on cured parts.

Processing Guidelines
- Apply directly over the laminate; place breather/bleeder on top to accept resin bleed.
- Select P3 perforation when controlled bleed is desired; not intended as a flow media for infusion.
- Maintain cure temperatures at or below 380°F (193°C) per your resin/prepreg schedule.
