Carbon Fiber Prepreg – 3K, 2×2 Twill, 50″ Width (NT-350HT System)

This aerospace-grade prepreg pairs a 3K, 2×2 twill weave carbon fabric with the NT-350HT toughened epoxy system for outstanding surface finish and laminate quality using vacuum-bag-only, out-of-autoclave (OOA) processing. The tight weave minimizes fray for cleaner edges and a professional final appearance.

Storage & Out-Life

Material offers up to 12 months out-life at ambient conditions (≈70–80 °F). Keep sealed when not in use to maintain cleanliness. Always verify cure schedules and parameters in the current Technical Data Sheet (TDS).

Health & Safety

Contains epoxy resin. Avoid skin contact and follow the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Wear appropriate PPE (impervious gloves, coveralls) and observe local shop controls to manage exotherm, especially with thick laminates.

Custom Prepreg Options

Custom programs are available on request, including alternative cure profiles, widths up to 60″, toughened systems, single- or double-sided prepreg, and adjustable tack. Typical lead times are 3–4 weeks. MOQ is 10 yards for custom prepreg.
