Carbon Fiber / Silver Aluminized Roll Wrapped Tubes – Twill Weave Gloss Finish

These roll wrapped composite tubes combine a high-strength unidirectional T700-equivalent carbon fiber core with a durable epoxy resin system to create a strong, rigid structure with excellent stiffness-to-weight performance. The core layup is overwrapped with a beautiful 2x2 twill fabric and finished in a high-gloss clear coat, available in either traditional carbon fiber or a striking silver aluminized fiberglass finish for enhanced heat reflection and eye-catching appearance.

Offered in multiple outside diameters from 13mm (1/2") up to 51mm (2.0") and with precision inside diameters, these tubes are ideal for UAV and drone frames, camera booms, gimbals, robotics, automation equipment, sports and marine components, and custom industrial projects where low weight and high stiffness are critical.

Standard tube length is approximately 1220mm (48"), with tight manufacturing tolerances on outside diameter, inside diameter, and length. Because roll-wrapped tubes are produced slightly oversize and then finished, the actual dimensions may vary by a few thousandths of an inch from the nominal size, but remain well within standard composite tolerances.

These tubes are ready to cut, drill, and bond with common structural adhesives or clamping hardware, allowing you to quickly integrate them into prototypes or production assemblies without the time and waste of custom layups.
