TeXtreme® 1005 is a high-modulus (HM)spread-tow carbon fiber fabric designed for parts that demand maximum stiffness with an ultra-clean cosmetic finish. TeXtreme® flattens 12k tows into wide tapes and weaves them with minimal crimp, reducing resin-rich pools and fiber waviness versus conventional cloth. At just 130 gsm (3.83 oz), this style delivers a premium checkerboard face ply with outstanding stiffness-to-weight.
