TeXtreme® XT3004 is a high-strength (HS), ±45° spread-tow carbon fabric engineered for superior torsional and in-plane shear stiffness at extremely low weight. By flattening 12k carbon tows into ultra-wide tapes and weaving them with minimal crimp, TeXtreme® dramatically reduces fiber waviness and resin-rich pools compared with conventional cloth—yielding better mechanical efficiency and a premium, ultra-flat cosmetic surface.
