XTEND 19SAM External Mold Release — 1 gal

XTEND® 19SAM is an air-drying, reactive resin release agent that cures to a cross-linked, semi-permanent coating—providing multiple releases without transfer. Designed for solid-surface molding and for open or closed molds in non-gelcoated applications, it’s ideal wherever a high-gloss Class-A finish is not required.

Application Instructions

1. Prepare the mold: Use a clean, lint-free cloth or heavy-duty white paper towel wetted with 19SAM. Work in small areas.
2. Wipe on a smooth, light film: Do not over-apply. Do not rub in or rework.
3. Dry & build coats: Allow to dry, then apply 3 coats total, waiting about 15 minutes between coats.
4. Break-in: After the first to third release, wipe on one additional coat to extend productivity.
5. Touch-up: Apply light wipe-on coats as needed.

• Store closed in a cool, dry place. Always test on your specific tooling and process before production.
