This nonmetallic honeycomb is made from aramid fiber paper formed into a hexagonal cell structure and phenolic resin coated to enhance strength and thermal performance. The result is a core with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, exceptional stiffness, and excellent bondability to common composite skins (carbon fiber, fiberglass, aramid).

This listing includes 1/8" cell size honeycomb at 3.0 lb/ft³ density, available in multiple thicknesses and sheet sizes—ideal for lightweight panels, bulkheads, nacelles, interior panels, and marine structures where corrosion resistance and long-term stability matter.
