Airtech Release Ease® 234 TFP-1 — Thin Porous PTFE-Coated Fiberglass Release Fabric (Peel Ply) – 38" & 60" Widths
Release Ease® 234 TFP-1 is a porous PTFE-coated fiberglass release fabric designed to vent excess resin, volatiles, and trapped air into the breather during cure while still releasing cleanly from the laminate. With a reduced PTFE content for increased porosity, it performs reliably across conventional resin systems and is an excellent choice for resin infusion and vacuum-bag processes requiring a porous release layer.

Processing Notes
- Place 234 TFP-1 directly on the laminate as the porous release layer; back with breather/bleeder as required.
- Verify cure schedule remains within the 288°C (550°F) service limit.
- As a PTFE-coated release fabric, it is intended for release — not as a bond-promoting peel ply.
