Airtech Vac-Valve 406TF – 1/4" Stainless Vacuum Bag Valve
The Vac-Valve 406TF is a robust, machined stainless-steel vacuum bag valve with a threaded base plate for fast, reliable installation on composite vacuum bags. The top piece passes through the bag film and threads into the base to create a secure, low-leak connection. A precision, raised sealing land on the base plus a high-temperature silicone rubber seal (rated to approx. 500°F / 260°C) deliver dependable performance during high-temp cures. Designed to interface with a quick disconnect for efficient line changes.

Installation Notes
- Place base on the tool side with sealant tape; pierce bag and thread the valve top into the base.
- Tighten to compress the silicone seal and the bag film against the raised sealing land.
- Attach your quick-disconnect and vacuum line; leak check before processing.
