This cost-effective, structural carbon fabric is built from 12k T700 PAN-based fiber in a non-crimp biaxial ±45° layout. The tows are held with a light stitch (NCF), keeping fibers straight for excellent load transfer while providing easy handling in wet layup, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion. At 150 gsm (4.42 oz) and 50 in (127 cm) wide, it’s a great choice for adding shear/torsional stiffness or building thickness without excessive weight.
