This 940-denier, 3.6 oz (≈123 gsm) plain weave is easy to handle and an excellent toughening ply in hybrid laminates with carbon or glass, or as a stand-alone fabric where buoyancy and durability are important. The white fiber presents a clean aesthetic and can soften the visual contrast of underlying reinforcements.

Processing Notes

• Use as an outer ply for a soft white appearance, or as an interlaminate toughening layer beneath cosmetic carbon or glass.

• For UV-exposed parts, seal with a UV-stable clear coat or paint system.
• When hybridizing with carbon, alternate orientations (e.g., 0/90 with ±45) to balance stiffness and impact performance.
